FAQs

Q.

Can you transfer my pet from the vet or animal hospital?

We can certainly arrange the transfer from any animal hospital or vet and transfer your pet into our care. Call us at any time.

Q.

Is an urn required? Where can I purchase one?

With pet cremation, an urn is not required. However, at All Pets all cremations include a paw-print metal urn. If a different keepsake is desired, we also offer a wonderful selection of decorative urns, memorial items, and wearable keepsakes, sealed with the cremated remains of your pet.

Q.

How do I know the remains I receive are those of my pet?

Every family animal at All Pets Cremation Center is cremated privately. This guarantees that the cremated remains are those of your pet. You can even view the process if you wish, which is exclusively available at All Pets.

Q.

What if my pet dies at home or when my vet is closed?

If a pet dies at home or after veterinary hours, our staff is ready 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to transfer your pet to our facility.

Q.

What else can we do to remember our pet?

We offer a lovely selection of decorative urns, memorial items, and wearable keepsakes, such as charms and pendants. These are sealed with the cremated remains of your pet.

Q.

What other pet memorial services do you offer?

Every pet parent receives a clay paw print impression and a fur clipping as permanent keepsakes from their pet. Also, a Certificate of Cremation is provided.

For those interested in burial of their pet, we offer a full selection of pet caskets in various sizes.

Q.

What happens after the cremation service?

We return the cremated remains to you in a paw print metal urn, as a keepsake of your beloved pet.
